NEW INFORMATION - As of 7/29/10 - STENSON ROAD CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Water will be off on Stenson Road from the intersection of Stenson and Old Hwy 27, including Beaver Run, to the second entrance of Le Fluers Drive (NOT INCLUDING Le Fluers) as crew will be abandoning old water lines and hooking into new ones. We anticipate this to take 2-3 hours. We apologize for the inconvenience but we are nearing the end of the construction process on Stenson.

As of 7/28/10 - RIDGEWOOD CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Water was off on Ridgewood St this morning temporarily as a line was hit during Hilldales update/upgrade construction process. The water is back on at this time. Please email us at hwd@canufly.net if you would like to receive email notification of future boil water notices and/or updates.

As of 7/27/10 - As a precautionary measure due to pressure loss caused by a broken main hit during Hilldales update/upgrade construction process all customers residing on Ridgewood Street located in Oak Park Subdivision are now UNDER BOIL WATER. This blanket boil water will remain in effect until completion of the construction process on Ridgewood Street.

As of 7/27/10 - CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Crews are still working on Evans and Stenson Road. At this point crews are in the final stages of construction - pressure tests have been done and samples came back good, the next step is to have the meters connected to the new line and after that portion of the project is complete sampling will be done again. When samples come back good we will be able to lift the boil water. We are hoping that we will be able to lift the boil water for Evans and Stenson in the next two weeks.

As of 7/26/10 - As a precautionary measure due to pressure loss caused by a broken main all customers located on Erves Circle, Erves Lane and Erves Road have been placed under boil water UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE (usually takes 3-5 days to get lift results back from the Health Department). These customers will need to boil their cooking and drinking water for at least two minutes prior to consumption.

As of 7/19/10 - Customers residing on Warriors Trail from the intersection of Stenson and Warrior Trail to the intersection of Warriors Trail and Mount Alban Road AND on Mount Alban from the intersection of Mount Alban and Warriors Trail to Scott Road including any side roads ARE NO LONGER UNDER BOIL WATER - THE BOIL WATER HAS BEEN LIFTED.

As of 7/13/10 - Customers residing at 402, 404 and 406 Pinehurst ARE NO LONGER UNDER BOIL WATER - THE BOIL WATER HAS BEEN LIFTED.

6/22/10 - All customers residing on Evans Street are under boil water notice due to pressue loss caused by a main line broken during construction. These customers will need to boil cooking and drinking water until construction is complete, which we anticipate to be approximately 2 more weeks.

Hilldale will be informing customers via email, website, newpaper, vicksburg video, local radio stations and call-out system if there is a boil water issued.

WHILE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, CUSTOMERS IN THESE AREAS ARE UNDER A PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER. Technically, we only have to issue a boil water when pressure is lost completely (meaning you would be without water) but this could occur daily during construction therefore, we are issuing a BLANKET boil water for the entire construction period.
